1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and cczz app ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the cczz app website located at https://cczz-app.net and all associated mobile applications , services, and features (collectively, the "Services").

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of cczz app services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

The following rules apply to all cczz app accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cczz app will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• No account sharing: Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, or used by, any other person.
• Accurate information: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• KYC verification: cczz app operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents before withdrawals are processed. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement.

cczz app reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cczz app are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your cczz app account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. cczz app processes verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable verification requirements.
• Source of funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your cczz app account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. cczz app is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• No third-party payments: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. cczz app reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cczz app may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. cczz app reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game round, cczz app reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 7. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cczz app platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cczz app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

cczz app's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cczz app account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cczz app does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cczz app makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform or its content.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude cczz app's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data

cczz app collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on cczz app, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cczz app implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and cczz app cannot guarantee absolute data security.

cczz app will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors as required by law or as necessary to provide the Services.

12. Amendments to These Terms

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the cczz app platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

cczz app operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by cczz app may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
